To reduce a manufacturing cost of a heat exchanger for an airplane.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 100 for an air plane includes a core portion 1 in which first channels (oil channels 11) and second channels (fuel channels 12) are alternately laminated with heat transfer plates between them, a first header portion, a second header portion, and a mixing header portion communicating the plurality of first channels each other. In the heat exchanger, a first laminating member 6 in which a plurality of channel forming portions 61 to 65 forming a first channel and a plurality of header forming portions 66 to 613 forming respective parts of the first header portion, the second header portion, and the mixing header portion are integrated, a second laminating member 7 in which a plurality of channel forming portions 71 to 73 forming a second channel and a plurality of header forming portions 76 to 713 are integrated, and a third laminating member 8 in which a heat transfer plate forming portion 81 forming a heat transfer plate and a plurality of header forming portions 86 to 813 are integrated, are laminated in a predetermined layout and are joined with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
