To properly heat air which is blown into a cabin, in a refrigeration cycle device for heating the air blown into the cabin by a thermal medium heated by a refrigerant, and radiating the heat of the thermal medium heated by the refrigerant to an atmosphere.SOLUTION: A refrigeration cycle device comprises: high-temperature thermal medium adjusting parts 25, 26 and 28 for adjusting a high-temperature thermal medium flow rate ratio being a flow rate ratio between a high-temperature thermal medium flowing in an air heater 22, and a high-temperature thermal medium flowing in a heat radiator 23; and a control part 60 for controlling the high-temperature thermal medium adjusting parts 25, 26 and 28 so as to reach a high-temperature thermal medium flow rate ratio at which surplus heat out of heat radiated from a refrigerant to the high-temperature thermal medium by a high-pressure side heat exchanger 12 is radiated to air at the outside of a cabin by the heater 23 with respect to heat necessary for heating air blown into the cabin to a target blowout temperature TAO by the air heater 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
