To provide a power transmission mechanism which can inhibit noise and vibration.SOLUTION: A power transmission mechanism includes: a first rotary shaft pivotally supported by a first housing fixed to a first support medium; a second rotary shaft pivotally supported by a second housing movably supported by the first support medium behind the first housing; a first power transmission shaft which is connected to the first rotary shaft through a first universal joint and connected to the second rotary shaft through a second universal joint; and a third rotary shaft having a first input element to which power from the second rotary shaft is input and a first output element which is provided in front of the first input element and outputs power to a fourth rotary shaft extending in a lateral direction, the third rotary shaft pivotally supported by the second housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
