To provide a vehicle battery cooling device which can inhibit occupants from feeling discomfort due to cooling air that has cooled a battery while securing a space above heads of the occupants.SOLUTION: In a cooling device 20 of a vehicle V including a battery 10, the vehicle V has: a front passenger seat 12 disposed in a vehicle cabin of the vehicle V; a side sill 3 which is disposed at the outer side as seen in a vehicle width direction of the front passenger seat 12 so as to extend in an anteroposterior direction; a cooling mechanism 30 which can conduct heat exchange between the battery 10 and cooling air; and an exhaust duct 22 which exhausts the cooling air after cooling from the cooling mechanism 30. The battery 10 is disposed in an area of the vehicle cabin located below and in front of the front passenger seat 12.
