To provide a temperature control circuit and a control method therefor, capable of efficiently heating a battery.SOLUTION: A temperature control circuit 1 includes a first temperature adjustment circuit 4 for performing heat exchange with a battery 2. The first temperature adjustment circuit 4 comprises: a first pump EWP1 for making a heating medium circulate; a feedback passage 18 bypassing the battery 2; a heater 19 disposed on the feedback passage 18; a first connection part 21 connecting the feedback passage 18 with an upstream side flow passage 20 positioned on the upstream side of the battery 2 in a flow direction of the heating medium passing through the battery 2; and a second connection part 23 connecting the feedback passage 18 with a downstream side flow passage 22 positioned on the downstream side of the battery 2 in the flow direction of the heating medium.
