To provide a method for manufacturing, in a single curing process, a wing box comprising multiple ribs and first and second panels reinforced with multiple stringers of composite material.SOLUTION: Before a curing process, auxiliary tools 24 are used to ensure precise relative positioning of components. The auxiliary tools comprise a central part 24a, a bottom part 24b and a top part 24c; after these are bound together by a constraint element 32, and wing box components (12a,12b, etc.) are arranged. Thereby, the tools can be removed by removing the constraint element 32 after the wing box is completely assembled and cured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】複合材料からなる複数のストリンガーで強化された第1及び第2パネル並びに複数のリブを備えるウィングボックスを1度の硬化工程で製作する方法を提供する。【解決手段】硬化工程の前に、要素の正確な相対位置を保証するための補助工具24を使用する。補助工具は、中央部品24a、底部部品24b、及び頂部部品24cを備え、これらを束縛要素32で束縛した上で、ウィングボックス構成要素(12a,12b等)を配置する。これによりウィングボックスが完全に組み立てられ、硬化されたのちに、束縛要素32を解除することで工具の撤去が可能となる。【選択図】図5
