To alert a driver of a vehicle in different ways depending on the type of a collision risk.SOLUTION: A vehicle driving support system includes: a display part 5 that superimposes an alert image on the actual landscape; a determination part 21 that determines the presence/absence of a collision risk between a vehicle and a dynamic obstacle that may occur at a front side of the vehicle traveling direction, and the type of an occurrence target object that becomes an occurrence cause of the collision risk; and a display mode deciding part 22 that decides a display mode of the alert image based on the result of determination made by the determination part 21. The display mode deciding part 22 decides the display mode in such a way that at least one of a shape, color, movement of the alert image, and a display position with respect to the occurrence target object differs depending on the type of the occurrence target object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
