To suppress decrease in internal pressure of a pressure vessel by enabling a pressure vessel where at least part of which is made of a rubber to be filled with air in which a specific gas is reduced.SOLUTION: An air filling device 1 fills air into a pressure vessel where at least part of which is made of a rubber. A compression device 20 compresses air. A storage part 21 stores compressed air supplied from the compression device 20 and supplies the stored compressed air into the pressure vessel. An absorbent 6 is provided in a part from the compression device 20 to the pressure vessel through which the compressed air passes to absorb a specific gas from the air.
