To improve mountability such as weight balance when a vehicular electric driving device is mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular electric driving device is given in which: in a case of bad weight balance, it is required to improve strength and rigidity of respective parts including a case 16 to be difficult in compactification; a rotary machine 12 is arranged in an opposite side of a pinion shaft 20 in a vehicle longitudinal direction in a plan view when viewed from a vehicle upper side sandwiching a third axis line S3 that is an axis line of a differential 30, so that the weight balance of the electric driving unit 10 is improved in the vehicle longitudinal direction sandwiching the differential 30; and therefore, the electric driving unit 10 is compactly formed by integrally assembling the rotary machine 12, a parallel shaft type transmission 52, the pinion shaft 20, and the differential 30 into the case 16 to be advantageous in space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】車両用電気駆動装置を車両に搭載する際の重量バランス等の搭載性を改善する。【解決手段】回転機12およびピニオンシャフト20が、車両上方から見た平面視においてディファレンシャル装置30の軸線である第3軸線S3を挟んで車両前後方向の互いに反対側に分割して配置されているため、ディファレンシャル装置30を挟んだ車両前後部分の電気駆動ユニット10の重量バランスが良好になる。これにより、回転機12、平行軸式変速機52、ピニオンシャフト20、ディファレンシャル装置30等をケース16に一体的に組み付けて、電気駆動ユニット10としてコンパクトに構成することが可能となり、スペース的に有利である。すなわち、重量バランスが悪いと、ケース16を含めて各部の強度や剛性等を高くする必要があり、コンパクト化が阻害される。【選択図】図2
