To provide a biomedical measurement device capable of easily performing measurement using a bioelectrode even for a measurement object moving underwater, and capable of easily achieving measurement in which an influence of electromagnetic noise is suppressed.SOLUTION: An underwater biomedical measurement device includes: a shield body 19 that comes in contact with a measurement site 17 located on a living body surface so as to surround it, and forms a chamber on the measurement site; an electrode 13 for detection arranged on an inner surface of the shield body that forms the chamber; a pressing member for pressing the shield body toward the living body surface so that the chamber is brought into a liquid-tight state; and a biomedical measurement circuit for performing biomedical measurement using the electrode for detection in electrolyte-containing water. The electrode for detection detects a signal of the measurement site even when the electrode for detection is not in contact with the measurement site in a state that a liquid-tight chamber is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
