To provide an insulation resistance detector capable of appropriately detecting insulation resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an insulation resistance detector for detecting a voltage at the connecting point of a coupling capacitor and a resistor on a prescribed cycle when a frequency signal is outputted to the resistor by an oscillator unit, and detecting insulation resistance between a ground part and a power supply path on the basis of the moving average value of detected voltages. The insulation resistance detector comprises: a first determination unit (S12) for determining whether or not the detected voltage has changed by a prescribed value or more; a resistance detection unit (S28, S36) for detecting insulation resistance on the basis of a first moving average value calculated using a first range when it is determined that the detected voltage has changed; and a second determination unit (S26) for determining whether or not the pulsation of the detected voltage is attenuated after it is determined that the detected voltage has changed. When it is determined as being attenuated, the resistance detection unit detects insulation resistance on the basis of a second moving average value, in place of the first moving average value, which is calculated using a second range in which the number of detected voltages is smaller than those included in the first range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】絶縁抵抗を適切に検出可能な絶縁抵抗検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】発振部が抵抗に周波数信号を出力した場合におけるカップリングコンデンサと抵抗との接続点での電圧を所定周期で検出し、検出電圧の移動平均値に基づき、接地部と電源経路との間における絶縁抵抗を検出する絶縁抵抗検出装置であって、検出電圧が所定値以上変化したか否かを判定する第1判定部(S12)と、検出電圧が変化したと判定された場合に、第1範囲を用いて算出された第1移動平均値に基づき絶縁抵抗を検出する抵抗検出部(S28,S36)と、検出電圧が変化したと判定された後、当該検出電圧の脈動が減衰したか否かを判定する第2判定部(S26)と、を備え、抵抗検出部は、減衰したと判定された場合に、第1移動平均値に代えて、第1範囲よりも含まれる検出電圧の個数が少ない第2範囲を用いて算出された第2移動平均値に基づき、絶縁抵抗を検出する。【選択図】 図2
