To provide a straddle-type vehicle fuel tank mounting structure configured to downsize and simplify a rear attachment portion in which a fuel tank rotation support shaft is formed, as well as to improve assemblability.SOLUTION: A straddle-type vehicle fuel tank mounting structure is provided with: a flange 24 that is formed at a rear portion of a fuel tank 20 attached to a vehicle body frame 10 and extends rearward; and a support bracket 27 including a fastening seating surface portion 28 that tightly fixes the flange 24 and a stopper portion 30 with a rear portion 29 folded upward to allow a rear end portion of the flange 24 to rotatably contact therewith when the flange 24 is released from a tightly fixed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
