To provide a cap-less type refueling device capable of inhibiting vapor and fuel from vigorously ejecting from a refueling port when the refueling port is opened while the internal pressure of a fuel tank is high.SOLUTION: A refueling pipe 4 is provided with a main flap valve 14 which is biased in a direction to close a refueling passage 5 to hermetically close the refueling passage 5. A recirculation pipe 10 connected to the upper part of a fuel tank 2 is connected to a connection port 4a that is formed in the refueling pipe 4 on the fuel tank 2 side of the main flap valve 14. On the fuel tank 2 side of the main flap valve 14 in the refueling passage 5, a backflow prevention flap valve 22 is provided, which is biased in a direction to open the refueling passage 5 and is driven to the closed position side by the pressure of fluid flowing from the recirculation pipe 10 to the refueling pipe 4 to narrow the refueling passage 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
