To provide a method and a system for estimating degradation in a tire which allows a more accurate estimation of degradation in a tire.SOLUTION: A tire degradation estimation system 100 includes a sensor part 20, a physical property change calculation unit 33, and a degradation estimation unit 34. The sensor part 20 is arranged in a tire and measures the physical quantity related to at least deformation of the tire. The physical property change calculation unit 33 calculates the change of the physical property of the tire with time on the basis of the physical quantity measured by the sensor unit 20.
