To provide a fluid sealed vibration isolating device of a novel structure capable of easily and highly accurately securing fluid tightness between a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, and a manufacturing method of the fluid sealed vibration isolating device.SOLUTION: An outer peripheral portion of a partition member 40 separating a first fluid chamber 86 and a second fluid chamber 88 is overlapped to a second mounting member 22 while interposing a first seal rubber 38 which is formed integrally with a first rubber elastic body 24 therebetween, and the partition member 40 and the second mounting member 22 are locked and fixed by a first hook part 72 which is provided on an outer peripheral side of the first seal rubber 38. On the other hand, a holding member 78 for holding an outer peripheral portion of a second rubber elastic body 74 is overlapped to the outer peripheral portion of the partition member 40 while interposing a second seal rubber 76 which is integrally formed in the outer peripheral portion of the second rubber elastic body 74 therebetween, and the partition member 40 and the holding member 78 are locked and fixed by a second hook part 84 which is provided on an outer peripheral side of the second seal rubber 76.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
