To provide: a rubber composition for tire capable of obtaining a vulcanized rubber excellent in balance between elastic modulus (Md50) and fracture elongation (Eb); a vulcanized rubber excellent in balance between elastic modulus (Md50) and fracture elongation(Eb); a bead filler; and tire.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for tire which comprises a rubber component having a natural rubber content of more than 50 mass%, a filler, a modified cellulose fiber having a cellulose I type crystalline structure in which a substituent of a specific structure is bonded via an ether bond, a phenolic thermosetting resin and a methylene donor, wherein the ratio (c/p) between the content c [pts.mass] of the modified cellulose fiber and the content p [pts.mass] of the phenolic thermosetting resin is 0.1 to 1.9.SELECTED DRAWING: None
