The maintenance request signal output units 125A, 125B output a maintenance request signal for under-car rubber indicating that maintenance inspection for the elastic body is required when a difference between first load quantity detected by the load detection device 63 in a case where the car 6 is moved upward at predetermined acceleration by a predetermined distance at a predetermined reference time while any loading object does not exist in the car 6 and second load quantity detected under the same condition at the time of inspection is a first threshold or more and when the operation time of the elevator to the present from the reference time is a predetermined value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】エレベータの乗りかごの床下面とかご枠との間に設置された弾性体の劣化を早期に判断することが可能な、エレベータ監視装置およびエレベータ監視方法を提供する。【解決手段】エレベータの乗りかご6の床下面とかご枠61との間に設置された弾性体の変形量に基づいて、乗りかご6にかかる荷重量を検知する荷重検知装置63に接続されたエレベータ監視装置12A,12Bは、保守要求信号出力部125A,125Bを備える。保守要求信号出力部125A,125Bは、所定の基準時に、乗りかご内6に積載物がない状態で、乗りかご6を所定加速度で所定距離分、上昇移動させたときに荷重検知装置63で検知された第1荷重量と、点検時に同じ条件で検知された第2荷重量との差分が第1閾値以上であり、且つ、基準時から現在までのエレベータの稼動時間が所定値以上であるときに、弾性体の保守点検が必要であることを示すかご下ゴム保守要求信号を出力する。【選択図】図1
