To enable more rational wave response estimation than conventionally.SOLUTION: Vessel information including vessel position data and wave data are acquired, wave data most similar to the position data is retrieved to acquire vessel encounter wave data, and a vessel wave response is estimated by applying the encounter wave data to a vessel wave response function acquired in advance. Thus, as the wave response is estimated on the basis of the encounter wave data relating to a wave actually encountered by a vessel, more rational wave response estimation than conventionally can be carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】従来よりも合理的な波浪応答の推定を可能とする。【解決手段】船舶の位置データを含む船舶情報と波浪データを取得し、位置データに最も近い位置の波浪データを探索して船舶の遭遇波浪データを求め、遭遇波浪データを予め求めた船舶の波浪応答関数に適用し、船舶の波浪応答を推定する。これにより、船舶が実際に遭遇した波浪である、遭遇波浪データに基づいて波浪応答が推定されるので、従来よりも合理的な波浪応答の推定が可能となる。【選択図】図2
