To disclose a technique for reducing electromagnetic noise emitted from a conductive member positioned between a case of a power control device and that of a vehicle drive device.SOLUTION: Between a power control device and a vehicle drive device, an intermediary member is interposed and also a conductive shield plate is disposed. The power control device is housed in a conductive first case having a first opening, while the vehicle drive device is housed in a conductive second case having a second opening. The intermediary member includes: a nonconductive seal member for airtight-sealing the fist and second openings; and a conductive member that passes through the first and second openings through an inside of the seal member. Outside the nonconductive seal member, a conductive shield plate is disposed. The conductive shield plate is connected to both the first and second cases. By suppressing inductance from electromagnetic noise emitted from the conductive member by using the conductive shield plate, the electromagnetic noise can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】電力制御装置のケースと車両駆動装置のケースの間に位置する導電性部材から放射される電磁ノイズを低減する技術を開示する。【解決手段】電力制御装置と車両駆動装置の間に中間部材が介在するともに導電性遮蔽板が配置されている。電力制御装置は、第一開口を有する導電性第一ケースに収容されており、車両駆動装置は、第二開口を有する導電性第二ケースに収容されている。中間部材は第一開口と第二開口を気密に封止する非導電性のシール部材と、シール部材の内側を貫通して第一開口と第二開口を通過する導電性部材を備えている。非導電性シール部材の外側に導電性遮蔽板が配置されている。その導電性遮蔽板は、第一ケースと第二ケースの双方に接続されている。導電性遮蔽板を利用して導電性部材が放射する電磁ノイズによるインダクタンスを抑制することで、電磁ノイズを低減することができる。【選択図】図2
