To inhibit charging time from being prolonged while suppressing operation noise of a cooling device even when a user is present in a cabin during operation of a charger.SOLUTION: An ECU executes processing including: a step (S104) of executing rotation control of a first cooling fan according to an indoor mode while external charging is performed (YES in S100), and while the indoor mode is selected (YES in S102); a step (S106) of selecting a high rotation mode and executing the rotation control of a second cooling fan; a step (S114) of setting an upper limit value P1 of charging power and executing charging control when a charger temperature is equal to or higher than a threshold value (S112); a step (S108) of executing the rotation control of the first cooling fan according to a normal mode when the indoor mode is not selected (S102); a step (S110) of selecting a low rotation mode and executing the rotation control of the second cooling fan; and a step (S116) of setting an upper limit value P2 of charging power and executing charging control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
