To provide a wheel load fluctuation suppressing device and the like with a simple structure capable of suppressing the fluctuation in wheel load when passing through a transition curve.SOLUTION: The wheel load fluctuation suppressing device of a railway vehicle 1 includes a vehicle body 10, a plurality of trucks 100, which are sequentially provided on a lower part of the vehicle body from a front side in the traveling direction, a pair of right and left air springs 170 arranged between the vehicle body and a truck frame 110 of the truck, and ventilation devices 200 respectively provided for the air springs to supply/exhaust air. The wheel load fluctuation suppressing device includes a control part 300 controlling the ventilation devices so as to simultaneously supply air to the air spring on the outer track side of turning, which is provided on a front side truck, and the air spring on the inner track side of turning, which is provided on a rear side truck, when the railway vehicle travels on an outlet transition curve of a curved track.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
