To provide a vehicular trunk lid panel that can be reduced in weight as compared with a conventional one while ensuring moldability and flexural rigidity for an inner panel.SOLUTION: An inner panel 20 for a vehicular trunk lid panel 1 comprises an inner upper surface portion 30, an inner rear surface portion 50, an inner outer edge portion 300, a center joint portion 401, an outer peripheral bead portion 20S, and a pair of cushion rubber seat surfaces 82. The vehicular trunk lid panel 1 further comprises a pair of cushioning portion reinforcement member 90 joined to the pair of cushion rubber seat surfaces 82. The cushioning portion reinforcement member 90 receives load transmitted from cushion rubber 92, thereby increasing a degree of freedom in selection of a material for the inner panel 20 and enabling decreased plate thickness.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
