To provide a fuel management system of a work vehicle capable of preventing stop due to run out of a fuel in a farm field.SOLUTION: There is provided a work vehicle 1 for performing a work in a farm field while autonomously traveling along a scheduled travel route R which is stored in a control part 50 in advance, the control part 50 receives a signal from a positioning unit 17 which detects a self-position provided on the work vehicle 1, comprises a farm field area and work width information W which are stored in advance, calculates a work area on the basis of the work width information W and a travel locus calculated by the positioning unit 17, then calculates a fuel consumption for a unit area on the basis of a fuel amount of a fuel which is consumed in the work, calculates a residual work area on the basis of the farm field area and the work area, calculates a required fuel amount on the basis of the fuel consumption for a unit area and the residual work area, compares a residual fuel amount with the required fuel amount, then determines whether or not a work in the farm field can be completed with a residual fuel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】圃場内での燃料切れによる停止を防止できる作業車両の燃料管理システムを提供する。【解決策】圃場内において、制御部50に予め記憶された予定走行経路Rに沿って自律走行しながら作業を行う作業車両1において、前記制御部50は前記作業車両1に備えられた自己位置を検出する測位装置17から信号を受信し、予め記憶された圃場面積と作業幅情報Wを備え、前記作業幅情報Wおよび前記測位装置17により算出される走行軌跡から作業面積を算出するとともに、作業中に消費した燃料量に基づいて単位面積当たりの燃料消費量を算出し、前記圃場面積および前記作業面積から残りの作業面積を算出し、前記単位面積当たりの燃料消費量および前記残りの作業面積から必要燃料量を算出し、燃料残量と前記必要燃料量を比較することにより、残りの燃料で圃場内の作業を完了できるか否かを判定する。【選択図】図6
