To provide a battery monitoring device capable of properly detecting a cell voltage of each cell in a battery pack.SOLUTION: A battery monitoring device 40 for a battery pack 21 in which a plurality of battery stacks 25, 26 including a plurality of cells 27 are connected in series by a connection member 28, comprises: detection lines 42 connected to connection portions ST between the adjacent cells 27 and between the cell 27 and the connection member 28; a switch 43 having a diode 44 connected between the detection lines 42 whose connection portions are adjacent to each other and connected in antiparallel; a resistor 45 provided on each detection line 42; and a voltage detection unit 47 connected between the detection lines 42 at both ends of each cell 27, wherein the voltage detection unit 47 is connected to the switch 43 side of the resistor 45 with respect to at least one detection line 42, and each detection line 42 at both ends of the connection member 28 is provided with a bypass path 51 on the connection member 28 side of the resistor 45 with respect to the detection line 42 connected to the voltage detection unit 47 on the switch 43 side of the resistor 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】組電池における各セルのセル電圧を適正に検出することができる電池監視装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のセル27を含む複数の電池スタック25,26を接続部材28により直列接続してなる組電池21の電池監視装置40であって、隣接するセル27及びセル27と接続部材28との接続部STに接続される検出線42と、接続部が隣同士となる検出線42間に接続され、逆並列接続されたダイオード44を有するスイッチ43と、各検出線42に設けられる抵抗体45と、各セル27の両端となる検出線42間に接続される電圧検出部47と、を備え、電圧検出部47は、少なくとも一方の検出線42に対しては、抵抗体45よりもスイッチ43側に接続され、接続部材28の両端となる各検出線42には、電圧検出部28が抵抗体45よりもスイッチ43側に接続された検出線42に対して当該抵抗体45よりも接続部材28側にバイパス経路51が設けられている。【選択図】 図2
