To provide a repair method for a thermoplastic resin-made member in which the breaking places are strongly bonded by being filled with a heated accouplement, wherein a shape of the accouplement is appropriately changed to properly bond the breaking places, the breaking places are easily filled with the heated accouplement, the accouplement is prevented from being exposed on the surface of the thermoplastic resin-made member.SOLUTION: A repair method for a thermoplastic resin-made member includes: temporarily bonding a breaking place 1a by heating and melting a thermoplastic resin of the breaking place 1a to bring to the resin, a flexibility of the degree foldable by human power; installing an accouplement 2 so as to fasten the breaking place 1a by changing the shape of the accouplement 2 formed from a high-heat conductivity slender metal; filling the heated accouplement 2 in the breaking place 1a; and melting by heating, a coating resin material 3 comprising the thermoplastic resin for coating on the surface of the accouplement 2-filled breaking place 1a to coat the coating resin material thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】 破断箇所に加熱した連結材を埋め込んで連結することによって、該破断箇所を強固に接合する熱可塑性樹脂製部材の修理方法に関し、該連結材の形態を適宜変化させて適切な接合ができ、該破断箇所に加熱した該連結材を埋め込み易くし、該連結材を該熱可塑性樹脂製部材の表面上に露出しないようにした修理方法である。【解決手段】 破断箇所1aの熱可塑性樹脂を加熱し溶解させて、破断箇所1aを仮に接合し、人力により折り曲げることができる程度の柔軟性を備えるとともに、熱伝導率の高い細長状の金属材から形成される連結材2の形態を変化させ、破断箇所1aを繋ぐようにして連結材2を設置し、連結材2を加熱しながら破断箇所1aに埋め込み、連結材2を埋め込んだ破断箇所1aの表面に塗布するための熱可塑性樹脂からなる塗布用樹脂材3を加熱して溶解させ、破断箇所1aの表面に塗布する。【選択図】 図6
