To provide a system for enabling humans to live in the moon, and for utilizing the moon for the earth.SOLUTION: A cave cavity 3 in the moon is utilized, and residences, shopping districts, factories, hospitals, government offices, towns or the like 6, or unmanned robot devices or the like are provided in a cave not exposed to cosmic rays and ultraviolet rays. Further, a vertical hole 2 is utilized and elevators 5 and stairs 4 are provided to facilitate movement to the lunar surface and to the lunar basement, and utilized as the passage of supply pipes of oxygen by oxygen generation from a lunar photosynthesis device or the like, and carbon dioxide emitted from humans in the cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
