To provide an unauthorized communication prevention system and an unauthorized communication prevention method, capable of ensuring accuracy of determination that communication is unauthorized communication.SOLUTION: An unauthorized communication prevention system 19 obtains propagation characteristics of a radio wave Si transmitted through Bluetooth communication to calculate a measured value Dx according to a distance between communication devices from the propagation characteristics. A determination processing unit 44 determines whether communication between the communication devices is authorized or unauthorized by comparing the measured value Dx and a specified value Dk. When a confirmation unit 45 detects a determination result that the communication is unauthorized communication a plurality of times (continuous detection), it determines the communication as unauthorized communication. When it is determined that the communication is unauthorized communication, a control unit 46 takes measures against the unauthorized communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
