To solve a problem that although it is rational to discriminate an exhaust gas by exhaust gas temperature levels and recover energy of the exhaust gas, it has not been achieved in a conventional engine since its achievement is difficult in terms of a structure and control, and also to solve a problem that besides improvement of an energy recovery rate, it is necessary to consider low temperature corrosion by a sulfuric acid component in the exhaust gas, but there is a limitation in coping with it in a conventional engine.SOLUTION: In an exhaust energy recovery system, an air supply valve 9 is provided in an upper part of a cylinder, and a high temperature exhaust hole 8aH and a low temperature exhaust hole 8aL are provided in a lower part of the cylinder 1b in place of a conventional apex exhaust valve system. A high temperature exhaust gas and a low temperature exhaust gas are discriminated and recovered. The high temperature exhaust gas is supplied to a supercharger, but the low temperature exhaust gas is not supplied to a supercharger and is used for feedwater heating of a boiler to increase an energy recovery rate from the exhaust gas. At the same time, low temperature corrosion due to a sulfuric acid component in the exhaust gas is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】排気ガス温度の高低により排気ガスを弁別し、排気ガスが保有するエネルギーを回収することは合理的であるが、従来のエンジンでは構造的にも制御的にも難しいので実現していない。また、エネルギー回収率の向上と同時に、排気ガス中の硫酸成分による低温腐食も考慮する必要があるが、従来のエンジンでは対応に限界がある。【解決手段】従来の頂上排気弁方式に代えて、シリンダー上部に給気弁9と、シリンダー1bの下部に高温排気孔8aHと、低温排気孔8aLを設けて高温排気ガスと低温排気ガスを弁別して回収し、高温排気ガスは過給機に供給するが、低温排気ガスは過給機には供給せずに、ボイラの給水加熱に使用して、排気ガスからのエネルギー回収率を高めると同時に、排気ガス中の硫酸成分による低温腐食も防止する排気エネルギー回収システムを提供する。【選択図】図1
