To provide a slinging device that is hardly restricted by an outer shape of a metal mold and easily simplified and lightened.SOLUTION: A slinging device 10 includes: wire ropes 2 hung on a hook 11 of a crane 1 and the like; four arm members 5 arranged in front, rear, right and left positions and engaged with hanging hooks 4a, which are connected to the wire ropes and protruded forward and backward in the vicinity of right and left sidewalls 31 of a metal mold 3; and movable devices 6 for moving the arm members. Upper end parts 51 of the arm members are connected to eye parts 21 of the wire ropes at a portion closer to the center side of the metal mold than the hanging hooks above the metal mold. Lower end parts 52 of the arm members are formed with locking claws 521 engaged with the hanging hooks of the metal mold. The entire arm member is formed while being curved in an approximately C-shape such that an intermediate part 53 of the arm member is positioned outside the right and left sidewalls of the metal mold during lifting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】金型の外形的制約を受けにくく、装置の簡素化、軽量化が容易な玉掛け装置を提供する。【解決手段】クレーン1等のフック11に引っ掛けるワイヤロープ2と、ワイヤロープと連結され金型3の左右側壁31近傍で前後に突出する吊りフック4aに係合する前後左右に配置された4つのアーム部材5と、アーム部材を移動させる可動装置6とを備えた玉掛け装置10である。アーム部材の上端部51には、金型の上方において吊りフックより型中心側でワイヤロープの目玉部21が連結され、アーム部材の下端部52には、金型の吊りフックと係合する係止爪521が形成されている。アーム部材の中間部53が吊り上げ時に金型の左右側壁に対して外方に位置するように、アーム部材全体が略C字状に湾曲して形成されている。【選択図】 図1
