To provide a vehicle battery attachment structure which enables improvement of battery holding ability.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery attachment structure 1 attaches a battery 2, in which a rib 3 is provided on each side surface 2a, to a vehicle and includes: a battery tray 10 fixed to the vehicle; first engagement parts 20A provided on an inner wall surface 13a of the battery tray 10 to engage with the ribs 3 of the battery 2; a pressing member 31 for pressing the rib 3 engaged with the first engagement parts 20A; and fixing members 33 which fasten the pressing member 31 to the battery tray 10. Each first engagement part 20A is provided with multiple engagement protrusions 24 which protrude in a manner that the engagement protrusions 24 can engage with an upper surface 3a of the rib 3 from a facing surface 23 facing the upper surface 3a during attachment of the battery 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
