To provide a duct device allowing a work of positioning two divided bodies and engaging with each other to be performed easily.SOLUTION: In the duct device having a duct body 9 with a partitioned air channel 90, a first divided body 1 and a second divided body 5 are assembled in a direction in which they are coming closer to each other. In a positioned state where a first duct 2 and a second duct 6 face each other and an engaging section 33 and an engagement projection 7 do not engage each other, an outer wall 65 covers a tip end 21 being a tip of the first duct 2 from an outer side, the engaging section 33 abuts to the engagement projection 7 in an assembling direction, and a second engagement surface 72 being a rear end of the engagement projection 7 is covered by an engagement lap 35 from the outer side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
