To improve appearance of a boundary portion between materials.SOLUTION: In an engine undercover 10, an annular groove 12 extending along an outer edge part of a composite sheet 20 is formed on a first surface 10A. Substantially the whole of the outer edge part of the composite sheet 20 is served as a parting part 25 which is bent from a body portion of the glass cloth 21 on the opening edge at the inner side of the annular shape of the annular groove 12 and is positioned in an inside surface 12A at the inner side of the annular shape in the annular groove 12. In the parting part 25, the outer edge part of the composite sheet 20 is bent from the body portion of the glass cloth 21, and extends in a depth direction while being inclined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
