To improve effect for reducing cavernous resonance while reducing an amount of a porous resin foam.SOLUTION: A pneumatic tire 1 includes a sound suppressing body 20 made of a porous resin foam at a tire inner cavity surface 1S. The sound suppressing body 20 includes: a base part 21 extending in a radial direction at a distance from the tire inner cavity surface 1s; and a leg part 22 extending to the tire inner cavity surface 1s from both ends in the radial direction of the base part 21, at a tire meridian cross section.
