To provide an additional grease nipple device capable of easily and safely performing grease supply work to a bearing of a suspension sheave used for an elevator and the like.SOLUTION: An additional grease nipple device 60 is additionally mounted on a grease nipple 48 provided on a bearing part 40 of a suspension sheave used for an elevator or a suspension sheave for supplying grease to a bearing of a sheave. The additional grease nipple device 60 includes a first additional nipple 62 mounted on the grease nipple 48 to supply grease, a grease hose 64 having one end connected to the first additional nipple 62 and extending to the periphery of the bearing part 40, and a second additional nipple 66 connected to the other end of the grease hose 64.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
