The cover structure 10 of the saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a travel wind guide part 36 has a down force formation surface 37 which inclines upward toward the rear; a first auxiliary wing 28 which is provided in front of the down force formation surface 37 while extending forward; and a second auxiliary wing 62 which is disposed above the first auxiliary wing 28 in a posture inclining upward toward the rear.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
