To provide a technique capable of suppressing an electric load from having a power supply defect when a plurality of storage batteries are used to supply electric power to the electric load.SOLUTION: A power supply controller 10 can drive an electric load with a first storage battery 51 and a second storage battery 52. The power supply controller comprises a temperature acquisition part, a switching determination part, a temperature determination part, and a storage battery switching part. The storage battery switching part outputs, when switching the drive battery, a switching signal after outputting a superposition signal. The superposition signal short-circuits the first storage battery and electric load to each other and also short-circuits the second storage battery and electric load to each other. The switching signal releases one storage battery and the electric load from each other and also short-circuits the other storage battery and electric load to each other. Here, the power supply controller outputs neither the superposition signal nor the switching signal if temperature conditions are not met in switching the drive battery.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
