To provide a connecting/disconnecting device for vehicle that reduce noise generated in switching between a disconnected state and a connected state between a first rotary member and a second rotary member.SOLUTION: A second piston 74 and a holder 76 are mounted with a first magnet 86 and a second magnet 88, and the first magnet 86 and the second magnet 88 are so arranged that as a projection 74b of the second piston 74 comes closer to a first raised face 76b of a first lock gear 76b, magnetic force FG acting in a direction in which the projection 74b separates from the first raised face 76b is larger. Consequently, the force acting in the direction in which the projection 74b comes closer to the first raised face 76d with energizing force F of a spring 72 is reduced as the projection 74b comes closer to the first raised face 76d with magnetic force FG, so that the colliding speed at which the projection 74b collides against the first raised face 76d is lower than that of the first connecting/disconnecting device which does not comprise, for example, the first magnet 86 and second magnet 88.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】第1回転部材と第2回転部材との間を切断した状態と接続する状態との間で切り替えるときに発生する音を低減する車両用断接装置を提供する。【解決手段】第2ピストン74とホルダ76とには、第1磁石86および第2磁石88が装着されており、第1磁石86および第2磁石88は、第2ピストン74の突起74bが第1掛止歯76bの第1立上面76dに近づくほどその突起74bが第1立上面76dから離間する方向に作用する磁気力FGが大きくなるように、配置されている。このため、スプリング72の付勢力Fによって突起74bが第1立上面76dに接近する方向に作用する力が、磁気力FGによってその突起74bが第1立上面76dに近づくほど減じられるので、その突起74bが第1立上面76dに衝突する衝突速度が、例えば第1磁石86および第2磁石88を備えていない第1断接装置に比較して低下する。【選択図】図4
