To prevent excessive deformation of a stopper member, which is connected to a vehicle body side, as much as possible when the stopper member receives a slide door that is in the fully open position.SOLUTION: A vehicle slide door structure SD includes a slide door 10, a guide rail (16), and a stopper member 40. The stopper member 40 is provided at a fully open end 16b of the guide rail (16) where the slide door in the fully open state is positioned, and connected to a connection section 30 set on the body side so as to be movable in the opening direction of the slide door 10 .SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
