To provide a manned flight vehicle serving as new transportation means.SOLUTION: A hybrid manned flight vehicle according to the invention includes: an engine and a motor; a first rotary vane part which generates lift force with the engine; a second rotary vane part which generates propulsion force acting in at least an anteroposterior direction with the motor; and a control part which controls the engine and the motor. Since the rotary vane part for levitation and the rotary vane part for propulsion are separated in this way, an efficient structure tailored to forces needed can be formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
