The damper 20 includes: a cylinder member 24 that is coupled to the constituent member; a piston member that can make a reciprocating movement inside the cylinder member 24; and a rod member 26 that is coupled to the piston member and constituent member, and can make a reciprocating movement with respect to the cylinder member 24 together with the piston member.
