To provide a vehicle visibility control device which enables a reduction of discomfort and fatigue of an occupant caused by flow of a road surface becoming faster during high speed driving of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle visibility control device includes: a windshield 12 provided at the vehicle front; a light shielding part 14 which can switch a vehicle lower area of the windshield between a light shielding state and a light penetration state; and a vehicle speed sensor 30 which detects a speed of the vehicle. The control part 34 controls the light shielding part 14 to be turned in the light shielding state when the vehicle speed detected by the vehicle speed sensor 30 becomes a predetermined value or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
