To provide a naked type leaning vehicle with an inter-vehicle communication antenna which has a simple structure, is capable of withstanding against wind pressure when running and a high-pressure washing, and satisfies a performance required for an inter-vehicle communication.SOLUTION: A leaning vehicle includes an inter-vehicle communication antenna that has at least a part placed in regions which satisfy the all three conditions (A) to (C) below when a communication is performed in the same or substantially the same direction as the light emitting direction by a headlight and when the leaning vehicle is viewed from a side. (A) is a region in the center direction of the leaning vehicle from a line passing through the upper end of a light emitting unit of the headlight and the upper end of a display surface of a gauge when the leaning vehicle is viewed from a side. (B) is a region between two horizontal lines which pass through two points, respectively, dividing the line passing through the upper end of the light emitting unit of the headlight and the upper end of the display surface of the gauge into three segments when the leaning vehicle is viewed from a side.
