To measure blood pressure of a living body in a non-contact and non-invasive manner.SOLUTION: An experimental device 1 irradiates a microwave from a transmission antenna 23 onto a subject 7 and receives its reflection wave by a reception antenna 25. Since a phase of the reflection wave changes by a fine motion of a body surface by a pulse, a pulse wave can be detected from a phase difference between the transmission wave and the reflection wave. Furthermore, the experimental device 1 continuously detects blood pressure of the subject 7 from a blood pressure sensor 5 worn by the subject 7 while continuously detecting the pulse wave. The pulse wave of the subject 7 is subjected to Fourier transformation and a frequency spectrum of the pulse wave is created. The frequency spectrum is compared with the blood pressure of the subject 7 detected by the blood pressure sensor 5, and it is discovered that eighth-order harmonics of pulse wave frequency components show a statistically significant positive correlation with systolic blood pressure. From the experimental result, it is possible to provide a device for detecting a pulse wave of a subject in a non-contact and non-invasive manner using a microwave, and measuring systolic blood pressure by applying the correlation to the pulse wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】非接触・非侵襲で生体の血圧を測定する。【解決手段】実験装置1は、送信アンテナ23からマイクロ波を被験者7に照射し、その反射波を受信アンテナ25で受信する。脈拍による体表面の微動により反射波の位相が変化するため、送信波と反射波の位相差から脈波を検出することができる。更に、実験装置1は、脈波を連続的に検出しながら、被験者7に装着した血圧センサ5から被験者7の血圧も連続的に検出している。被験者7の脈波をフーリエ変換して脈波の周波数スペクトルを生成し、これを血圧センサ5で検出した被験者7の血圧と比較したところ、脈波の周波数成分のうち、8次高調波が収縮期血圧と統計的に有意な正の相関を示すことを発見した。以上の実験結果から、マイクロ波を用いて非接触・非侵襲で対象者の脈波を検出し、これに上記の相関関係を適用して収縮期血圧を測定する装置が可能となった。【選択図】図1
