To provide a driver information determination device capable of accurately determining a reference face direction of a driver even when a curved road or an inclined road exists.SOLUTION: A driver information determination device 1 determines a reference face direction being a face direction F when a driver faces a front side during driving a vehicle M. The driver information determination device 1 includes: a road shape acquisition section 11 for acquiring a front sectional shape of the vehicle M; a condition determination section 12 for determining whether the front sectional shape is a determination object shape; a face direction acquisition section 13 for acquiring the face direction F of the driver; and a reference face direction determination section 14 for determining a reference face direction on the basis of the face direction F of the driver. When it is determined that the front sectional shape is the determination object shape, the reference face direction determination section 14 determines the reference face direction on the basis of the face direction F of the driver acquired by the face direction acquisition section 13. The determination object shape is a shape of a road where curvature of a road is equal to or less than a previously set curvature upper limit or a shape of a road where an inclination of the road is within a previously set flatness range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】カーブ路又は勾配路が存在する場合であっても運転者の基準顔向きを精度良く判定することができる運転者情報判定装置を提供する。【解決手段】運転者情報判定装置1は、車両Mの運転中に運転者が正面を向いているときの顔向きFである基準顔向きを判定する。運転者情報判定装置1は、車両Mの前方区間形状を取得する道路形状取得部11と、前方区間形状が判定対象形状であるか否かを判定する条件判定部12と、運転者の顔向きFを取得する顔向き取得部13と、運転者の顔向きFに基づき基準顔向きを判定する基準顔向き判定部14と、を備える。基準顔向き判定部14は、前方区間形状が判定対象形状であると判定された場合に、顔向き取得部13により取得された運転者の顔向きFに基づき基準顔向きを判定する。判定対象形状は、道路の曲率が予め設定された曲率上限以下の道路の形状、又は、道路の勾配が予め設定された平坦範囲内の道路の形状である。【選択図】図1
