To provide a lower part vehicle body structure which achieves downsizing of an undercover and inhibits increase of a minimum ground clearance.SOLUTION: In a lower part vehicle body structure, a vehicle body floor 2 has step-up parts 48 connected to a floor tunnel 50 at both sides of the floor tunnel 50 as seen in a vehicle width direction in at least arrangement portions of first and second cross members 14, 16 on the vehicle body floor 2. The lower part vehicle body structure includes a mount member 70 which faces the floor tunnel 50 and connects the step-up parts 48 at both sides of the floor tunnel 50. The lower part vehicle body structure is provided with first and second under covers 102, 104 which cover the lower side of the mount member 70 so as to continue into a bottom surface of the vehicle body floor 2 located at the outside of the step-up parts 48 as seen in the vehicle width direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
