To provide a battery control system and a battery control device capable of suppressing an increase in the degree of deterioration of a particular battery due to discharge control.SOLUTION: The battery control system includes a plurality of batteries which are connected to a capacitance part, and a control unit that, when power is stored in the capacitance part, performs discharge control of sequentially discharging the plurality of batteries.
