To realize a cooling structure of a rotary electric machine capable of cooling not only stator but also a rotor properly.SOLUTION: A cooling structure of a rotary electric machine MG2 includes: a supply oil passage 90 connected to a discharge port of an oil pump; a first oil passage 91 which is disposed at the upper side relative to a stator 21 in a vertical direction and has a supplied part connected to the supply oil passage 90, a discharge hole which is formed closer to the first axial side L1 than the supplied part and discharges oil to the stator 21, and a discharge part which is formed closer to the first axial side L1 than the discharge hole; a second oil passage 92 formed at an interior of a rotor shaft 26; and a third oil passage 93 connecting the discharge part of the first oil passage 91 with the second oil passage 92.
