To improve certainty of power supply shut-off to an electric circuit during a collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A power supply shut-off device includes: a first contact member and a second contact member; an insulation member; an operation mechanism; a pipe; and a connection pipe. The insulation member can be advanced between the first contact member and the second contact member. The operation mechanism is a device for advancing the insulation member by fluid pressure. The pipe is provided in at least one of a front bumper and a rear bumper of a vehicle and is filled with fluid. The connection pipe is a flow passage for guiding fluid in the pipe to the operation mechanism. When the pipe is deformed according to a collision of the vehicle, fluid in the pipe flows to the operation mechanism, the insulation member is advanced between the first contact member and the second contact member, and power supply is shut off between both the contacts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
