The window 5 includes an outside window 10, and an inside window 20 disposed inside a vehicle chamber with a prescribed space from the outside window 10 face to face. Filmy piezoelectric films 31, 32 having piezoelectricity are mounted respectively on facing inner surfaces 10A, 20A of the outside window 10 and the inside window 20. A controller 40 inverting the vibration of the piezoelectric film 31 mounted on the outside window 10 to a reverse phase and transmitting the vibration of the piezoelectric film to the piezoelectric film 32 mounted on the inside window 20 to make it vibrate is electrically connected to the piezoelectric films 31, 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
