To suppress sudden vehicle stop by overdischarge of a secondary battery when output of a fuel battery is insufficient in low-temperature start.SOLUTION: A fuel battery vehicle includes a fuel battery, a storage device, a driving motor, a temperature sensor capable of measuring a temperature of the fuel battery, a detection part detecting an operation state of the fuel battery, and a control part. When a temperature of the fuel battery detected by the temperature sensor is equal to or lower than a freezing point when the fuel battery starts, and an output state of the fuel battery indicated by the operation state continues for a predetermined reference time or longer and is in a predetermined low-output state, power generation of the fuel battery is stopped, only the power storage device is used as a power source, and the driving motor is driven, the control part sets a travel state of the fuel battery vehicle to a first travel state in which a motor output output by the driving motor is controlled to a first upper limit output or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】低温始動時に燃料電池の出力が不足するときに、二次電池の過放電により急な車両停止を抑える。【解決手段】燃料電池車両は、燃料電池と、蓄電装置と、駆動モータと、燃料電池の温度を測定可能な温度センサと、燃料電池の運転状態を検出する検出部と、制御部と、を備える。制御部は、燃料電池の始動時に、温度センサが検出した燃料電池の温度が氷点下であって、運転状態が示す燃料電池の出力状態が、予め定められた基準時間以上継続して、予め定められた低出力状態である場合には、燃料電池の発電が停止されて蓄電装置のみを電源として駆動モータが駆動され、駆動モータが出力するモータ出力が第1上限出力以下に抑えられた第1走行状態に、燃料電池車両の走行状態を設定する。【選択図】図4
